Brooke DeBeer
Brooke DeBeer is a South Florida- based performer and costumer (yes, she sews!). She graduated from the University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing, and a Minor in Theatre. She was most recently seen playing Luisa in The Fantasticks at The Wick Theatre, Consuela in West Side Story, and A Chorus Line under Tony Award-Winning director, Baayork Lee. Next up, she will be in The Cher Show with Kristen Kelleher, Catherine Ariale, and Ella Perez. After that, she will be performing at 54 Below on June 5th! In the meantime, she accepts jobs from IATSE Local 500, working wardrobe on tours at The Kravis Center in West Palm Beach.

Luisa
Brooke made her Regional Theatre debut as Luisa in The Fantasticks. This show was a dream for her, and her very first lead role!

She graduated!
In Fall of 2024, she graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing/ Sales and a Minor in Theatre. If you couldn’t find her, she could usually be found in the costume shop, the library, or by the reflection pond.

The Maltz Jupiter Theatre
Brooke graduated on a Friday, moved out, came home, and began work on that Monday at the Maltz! She stitched for their production of Frozen and worked with some really amazing people. First LORTB+ Theatre!

I want to be in America!!!
First show out of college was West Side Story at the Alhambra Theatre in Jacksonville. This was so special because she got to play the same role her mother played at her age (Consuelo) and finally feel seen in her Latin heritage.

IATSE Local 500
After moving, Brooke transfered from Local 631 —> Local 500, and was showered with so many amazing tours! Notably, the Les Mis National Tour, the 2nd Ain’t Too Proud National Tour, and the MJ: the Musical Tour! Those were some big “pinch me” moments.

NYU !!!
Brooke was itching to learn something new again, so she enrolled in NYU’s “Business of Entertainment” Certification course. She finished the course within 6 months and is more enlighted on the production process as a whole.
